Concerto won the award of "2005 The Best Innovation"

As the initiator of customer contact center, Concerto Software® announced recently that it won the award of "2005 The Best Innovation" for its product EnsembleProTM. The award was granted by TMC®(Technology Marketing Corporation).
TMC lab's 2005 The Best Innovation will be published on the magazine named Customer Interaction Solution the in October and November of 2005.
Up until now Concerto has gained three such honors from TMC. Besides, it gained the award of "Best Integration"from Concerto Spectrum® ACD and Call Manager not long ago.

China Telecom Yellowpage providing video service

Avaya cooperating with Nokia to provide the first applications of FMC

Avaya (NYSE: AV), the world leading provider of enterprise telecom software, system and service, announced recently that it has put the applications of FMC (fixed to mobile convergence) as developed by it and Nokia together on the market. These applications are mainly designed for Series 60 equipment. It can turn the Nokia Series 60 mobile equipment into a virtual fixed telephone. The employees can visit Avaya communications manager through a simple interface on the screen.
