InterAct Technology building call center sytem for Tianjin E-port

Recently, Beijing InterAct Technology Co., Ltd. built a modernized call center system for Tianjin E-port to help the port administration authorities enhance the supervision and control on law-executing organizations and construct a management information system that is based on performance appraisal mechanism. It is a comprehensive software platform with the function of complaint receiving, technical support, OA system, human resources exchange and network service.

OKI Ctstage winning big prize

At the 2005 China (Nanjing) International Software Products Exhibition held on Sept. 12, OKI Ctstage, EX100 (IP-based communications platform), Centerstage (multi-media telecom server) and IPv6 applications won the prize of "Outstanding Software" presented by the organizing committee of the exhibition.

Cisco IP NGN extending broadband network in Hong Kong

Cisco announced recently that Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN) had adopted Cisco's IP NGN to extend the service coverage and tramission capability. It combines Cisco's ROADM technique with the existing ONS 15454 multi-serve transmission platform (MSTP). The said ROADM technique provides a total transmission capability of 2TB/s, and will help HKBN realize the goal of increasing service varieties and extending service coverage to 80% of Hong Kong families.
