call center system, integrates the functions of the 16 hotlines of water
supply, power supply, civil administration, traffic, etc. Ever since it
was put into operation in April 2005, it has solved many problems, and
drawn more and more attention of the public. However, the construction
of the "12319" hotline has not been completed yet, and this
is just the first step in integrating hotlines. The construction committee
of Shanghai city will further integrate all the information resources
of Shanghai through AltiGen's advanced IP distributive call center techniques.
Now the project has been started in Luwan district and Changning district.
With such hotline service, the citizens can enjoy the service immediately
by dialing up the number.
