Epro providing new kind of call center service in China

PacificNet, the leading provider of CRM, call center, IVR and VAS services in China, announced that Epro, a branch of it, will start a contact center in Guangzhou that has 250 positions to meet the increasing demand in China Mainland and Hong Kong for CRM service. Epro believes that this will bring an increase of annual income of the company by 40%. Besides, the lower cost of labor force and office facilities in mainland China will stimulate the increase of profits too.

Concerto Software merging with Aspect to create Aspect Software

Concerto Softwarea® merged with Aspecta® in the last month. The merging has been approved by the shareholders of Aspecta® on Sept. 21. Aspect Software®., the new company will be owned by Golden Gate Capital, Oak Investment Partners and the management personnel as well.

AltiGen assists the Construciton Committee of Shanghai City building network service system
