Huawei undertaking network reconstruction for BTC independently

On Sept. 22, Huawei's NGN+MSAN solution was adopted by BTC (Bulgaria Telecom) in the project of network reconstruction.

Before this, Huawei has participated in the network reconstruction in over 30 countries, including network reconstruction for Brunei Telecom-the first network reconstruction project in the world, and network construction for Shenzhen Telecom, the largest one in the world which involved the largest number of subscribers. Huawei's soft switch and media gateway took the leading position in the global market with a marketshare of 24.48% (Dittberner 2004 annual report). It ranks the second in MSAN (multi-service access network) with a market share of 24%.

Customer service hotline of China Continent Property & Casualty Company was opened

From Oct. 1st, China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company will provide "95599" hotline service in China. Through such service, the customers can enjoy insurance services, including case reporting, information searching, complainting, and policy handling at any time and any place. This is a new measure taken by China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company to improve the service level.
China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company is a share-holding company. Up until now, it has established central branches in Liuzhou and Wuzhou. It will establish three more central branches, 6 ordinary branches and five sales departments by the end of October.

"968810" hotline of Xiamen Broadcasting & Television put into operation

The customer service hotline "96881010" of Xiamen Broadcasting & Television Network Company was put into operation on the morning of Oct. 1st. From then on, the subscribers of cable television can dial this number to solve various problems.
There are 30 lines in total, and 8 of them have been put into operation, with both voice service and manual service available.
