Aspect Software on the list of World Top 500 software providers

Aspect Software®, creator of global customer contact center solutions, (from Concerto Software® and Aspect Communications® ) merged to organize a new company recently. Today, it is announced that the former Concerto Software was selected into the list of world top 500 software . In 2005, Concerto ranks the 4th in CRM (the 5th in 2004), and ranks the 144th comprehensively (comprehensive rank in 2004: 169)

The top 500 ranking was decided according to the total income from the software and related service, such as software maintaining, personnel training, etc. in the world market in 2004. Since many manufacturers have other product lines, such as hardware product line, the ranking of manufacturers is not based on the toal business income of them. Microsoft acquiring VOIP-related intellectual property rights

This Thursday, Microsoft declared to the public solemnly that they had acquired some "intellectual property rights".from Unveil, a call center software manufacturer in America.

Speaker of Microsoft says that they will integrate the acquired Unveil Conversation tool pack into the Speech Server voice recognition software.
