BOC cooperating with ITAppsto train the management personnel
Bank of China (BOC) has been cooperating with ITApps for a long time.
Besides adopting ITApps's call center solutions, BOC made an agreement
with ITApps recently for the training of the management personnel of the
customer service center of BOC.
EBANSWERS providing customer service to B&Q
Recently, EBANSWERS(www.ebanswers.com)signed a cooperation contract with
B&Q to help the latter improve the custom service in China.
Epro acquiring the call center of Guangzhou Junfeng
Pacific Net (Nasdaq:PACT), a leading provider of CRM, call center solutions,
IVR and VAS in China, announced today that its branch Epro has acquired
70% of the ownership interest of Guangzhou Junfeng Network Technology
Co., Ltd.
PacificNet will make the payment for this in cash.
It is anticipated that this acquisition will increase the business income
of PacificNet in 2006.
Alcatel establishing enterprise network technology development center
in China
Alcatel announced today that it established an enterprise network technology
development center in China. This is a solumn promise made by Alcatel
for the Asia-pacific region.
This technology development center is located at Pudong Jinqiao Development
Zone of Shanghai, and is mainly engaged in the R&D of localized enterprise
network solutions, serving the Asia-pacific market. The services include
enterprise-oriented voice telecom platform, business telephone and mobile
phone service, IP network, telecom applications, VoIP service and mobile
telecom solutions. The center is made up of 30 engineers. Alcatel say
that it will enlarge the working team in 2006.
