Avaya, the world leading provider of enterprise-oriented telecom products and services, announced recently that its IP-based mobile office telecom solution and call center solution gained a big award as granted jointly by Business Communications Review and Miercom.

Oracle acquired Siebel: who will be the leader of the CRM market

ORACLE announced on Sept. 12 that it acquired Siebel at a total price of 5,850,000,000 USD, which made it the leader of the CRM market and brought it into a new turn of competition with SAP in China. Mr. Ding Liang, representative of domestic CRM providers and president of Powerise, says that the occurrence of acquisition reflects a growing and maturing market. He Jinghua, president of Siebel China also forecasts that in the coming five years, the CRM market will grow rapidly and will take the leading position in the field of IT.

Sales income of RightNow in the 3rd quarter of 2005 exceeding the anticipated income

Recently, RightNow, the world leading CRM provider, publicized the financial report of the third quarter of 2005 (by Sept. 30). Sales income of this quarter amounts to 23.20 million USD, an increase of 41% compared with that of the same period of the last year. Up until that time, the sales income has been increasing consecutively for 31 quarters.
