Aspect Software holding seminar for active market promotion

Aspect Software, the world leading CIC (customer interaction center) solution provider, after the historical merging of Concerto Software® and Aspect Communications®, has made further progress in market resources, products and technical schemes. In order to enhance telephone-based market promotion, and stimulate the communications and cooperations between Aspect Software and domestic banks, insurance companies, telecom companies and airlines, Aspect Software organized a seminar for active market promotion on Nov. 4 this year at Beijing Minzu Hotel.. At the meeting, Mr. Li Nong (general director of Aspect Software China), Mr. Lu Tongbo (general manager of Beijing representative office of Aspect Software), Mr. Qin Kexuan (market director of CTI Forum) and Mr. Li weiyang (technical service manager of Aspect Software China) give speeches on hot topics, such as the development trend of Aspect Software and the active service of domestic and foreign call centers, the influence of foreign laws and regulations on telephone-based sales service of call center, the market situation of domestic call center in 2005, how to use the predictive system to support active services, etc. After the speeches, the participants communicated actively with each other and gave answers to the problems concerning techniques, operation management, etc.

Beijing Telecom opening "4008" business hotline

It is known from Beijing Telecom that the "４００８" business hotline has been put into operation. Compared with the "800" hotline, this "4008" hotline can not only support fixed telephone, but also support mobile phone and PAP.

"Cable TV＋Mobile phone" to be provided in America

The 4 largest American cable TV operators and the famous mobile phone operator Sprint Nextel announced on Nov. 2 of 2005 that they would establish a company to provide a new service combining the functions of cable TV and mobile phone.

The company will, in addition to the cable TV services (TV prgram sending, high-speed Internet, VoIP voice telephone), provide the voice communications and video of mobile phone. For this, it will enhance the development of related mobile phones.
