Oracle says that the anti-monopoly authority of the U.S. has approved it to acquire Siebel

Oracle, the world leading database software provider, says on Tuesday that, the anti-monopoly authority of the U.S. has approved it to acquire the competitor Siebel.
According to the reports from Reuters, Oracle says that the acquisition still needs to be approved by EC.
The company declared that it would finish the acquisition in the first quarter of the next year.
