RightNow gaining awards from Jupiter
The world leading CRM provider RightNow(Nasdaq: RNOW)announced today
that Jupiter says in the research report that among the leading ESPs (E-mail
service providers) RightNow is the only one that provides CRM kit. Jupiter

Alcatel constructing IP telecom network for BenQ
Alcatel and BenQ have been cooperating with each other for 10 years.
With the growth of BenQ in China, the cooperation between the two sides
is deepened. At present, Alcatel is providing VoIP solutions for the headquarters
and branches of BenQ in China. The whole network includes four OmniPCX
Enterprise telecom platforms (large and middle-sized), twelve OmniPCX
Office telecom platforms (middle and small-sized) and Alcatel OmniTouch
contact center. With over 3000 users, this network reflects not only the
growth of BenQ in China Mainland, but also the development trend of enterprise
telecom from TDM toward IP. The advanced and efficient solutions help
BenQ maximize the profis and pursue long-term targets instead of short-term
ones.
Oracle says that the anti-monopoly authority of the U.S. has approved
it to acquire Siebel
Oracle, the world leading database software provider, says on Tuesday
that, the anti-monopoly authority of the U.S. has approved it to acquire
the competitor Siebel.
According to the reports from Reuters, Oracle says that the acquisition
still needs to be approved by EC.
The company declared that it would finish the acquisition in the first
quarter of the next year.
