3G enhancing the investment in SPs

Upon the advent of 3G, the world risk capital investors are more and more interested in SPs. As the reporter was informed yesterday, BlueRun Ventures, one of the world largest risk capital investors, and IDG Technology Venture Investment again invested tens of millions of U.S. dollars in PICA.

It is known that in the last year, dozens of SPs got risk capital of various amount. Now there are still many SPs keeping close relationship with risk capital investors. Senior management personnel of IDG, the famous risk investor who has invested billions of U.S. dollars in China, says that IDG will invest 30% of the risk capital in wireless value-added service in the coming 10 years.

ACM signing contract with RightNow service and voice products

RightNow, the world famous provider of CRM solutions, announced that it signed a contract with ACM. According to the contract, ACM will use Service(tm) and RightNow Voice(tm) to develop the next generation of contact center. By integrating RightNow's on-demand CRM solutions into its own environment and business processes, ACM can provide flexible customer service to the customers through all the channels available at a lower cost.

Call center industry prosperous in Germany

According to the data on Germany Call Center Forum, in the past two and a half years, the total number of employees in this field has increased by 35000 persons. At present, there are 2800 call centers in Germany, with 330,000 employees in total. It is anticipated that in the coming five years, there will be 80,000 more persons employed in this field. As statistics shows, 77% of the employees are women, with an average annual salary of 28000 Euro. 52% of the agency are full-time ones.
