Guangdong Mobile's "114"call center system started yesterday

Guangdong Mobile launched "mobile bluepage" yesterday, through which the users can search information on the manufacturers with mobile phone by means of voice, short message or getting access to Internet. Unlike "114", Mobile bluepage can send the searching results to the mobile phone of the users by means of short messages.
All the mobile users can dial "1258114" in Guangdong province to enjoy such service, paying traffic fee only. The short message service is free of charge.

Market value of color ring amounting to 2,000,000,000 RMB by 2005

CCW Research, an authoritative domestic IT market research institute, released a research report on domestic color ring business. The report says that by the end of 2005, there will be over 60,000,000 color ring users in China, and the market value of such service will amount to 2,000,000,000 RMB. The huge demand will bring many business opportunities.
Wang Leilei, president of Tom Online, one of the largest entertainment websites in China, says that there are about 200 songs being uploaded to the website (Tom.com) everyday and made into color ring. The top song may bring a profit 500,000 RMB a month, and other songs being downloaded frequently may bring a net profit of over 100,000 RMB a month.
