Nortel Network signed a big contract with Bharti (India)

Nortel Netowrk, the largest telecom equipment provider in North America, publicized a service contract it signed with Bharti Tele-Ventures, the largest mobile phone operator in India, and said that it would improve the service to enhance further development.
The company says that it signed a five-year-long contract with Bharti to provide call center services to the latter. Bharti has a market share of over 22% in India. However, Nortel didn't disclose the articles of the contract. Curt Hopkins, vice president of marketing for global services says that this contract is of great significance.

The first civil aviation customer service center established in Inner Mongolia

According to Inner Mongolian Morning Post, Inner Mongolia civil aviation passenger-cargo agent will open the first civil aviation customer service center in Inner Mongolia on April 1st.
It is known that the call center, as a modern service channel based on the latest telecom means and computer techniques, has more than one trunk line, professional positions, and can meet the demand of more than one customer through manual service. The customers need only to dial "96777" to get the information they need. Meanwhile, the call center provides comprehensive communication services 24 hours a day by means of phone calls, fax, e-mails, short messages, etc.
