From March 31, the integrated operation platform of SiTV digital pay TV started its call center at Shanghai which provides the first 24-hours-a-day hotline (021-61109789) for program-related consulting service.
From April 10 this hotline will be opened to the whole country. It works 24-hours-a-day to receive suggestions from the users all over the country and provides consulting services to them. Besides, it also serve those who want to know more about SiTV digital pay TV program
In addition to information collection and release, SiTV national customer service center provides out-calling service regularly to get the feedback from the customers.
