MICROSYS'S MPS2000 dispatching solution adopted by Haiyan nuclear
emergency response center
China is now attaching more and more importance to nuclear emergency
response system, and has established nuclear emergency centers of different
levels (state, province, city/county). As for the country, it is extremely
urgent to take Zhejiang Haiyan Qinshan Nuclear Plant as the base to develop
nuclear industry and establish an advanced emergency response system in
this field.
The traditional dispatching system has only the functions of exchanging
and dispatching. MPS2000-D application server is a telecom-level commanding
& dispatching system developed by Hangzhou MICROSYS. It has some new
functions, such as conference, voice mailbox, etc. and is characterized
by high expandability, high flexibility and high performance-cost ratio.
At present, MICROSYS MPS2000 has been adopted in this project.

Based on market research, Anhui Hefei Railway Communications has set
the goals for the business, that is, to provide professional call center

CCID providing telephone marketing system to NCI
In March, CCID call center signed a cooperation contract with NCI (New
China Insurance Co.) According to the contract, CCID will provide telephone
marketing service by means of software/hardware renting. This is another
business done by CCID in such a way after it cooperating with METLIFE,
TAIPING LIFE and Taikang Life.
