eSOON Briefing

eSOON was established in 1999, when Internet was still at the market peak. The founders of eSOON have already sensed the potential upheaval crisis brought by the phenomena of information overflow and decided to set up a company that deliver solutions of different essence more interaction than static information posting. Customer service area became our chosen domain for servicing enterprise customers. Anna Lee, the founder of eSOON raised funds from enterprises of the same vision, recruited a group of IT industry elites, and signed up a master distributorship agreement with Genesys, the world Number 1 CTI vendor.

eSOON has become Genesys's world-wide top ten partner, responsible for Genesys product marketing, sales, technical supports, training and education. We have also created intelligent business models for the whole Genesys suite, in addition to setting up Genesys value-added resellers throughout the region. Furthermore, eSOON are also Genesys's partner for the product localization. This can benefit users to quickly catch up with the latest technologies with the local language capability.

To provide our over 180 customers in-time services and supports, we set up four operation centers, Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing, Guanzhou, and Hong Kong within six years£¬and open branch offices in Shenyang, Xian, Jinan, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Kunming, Fuzhou and Shenzhen as well.
