To provide better service and to promote the quality of the customer service, China Telecom decided to open 10070 customer services all over China, and offer 24 hours service since several main telecommunication companies already provide this service.

Having compared all aspects relating to this project, China Telecom decided to use the WGF-USB answering machine in 10070 in all their customer service centers and adopt this project of the WGF being distributed through out all China calling centers.
