Shanghai Information Service Hotline has conducted
a rigorous investigation and appraisal of suppliers and finally
selected RightCall as its call center system upgrade service provider.
Shanghai Information Service Hotline is one
of China¡¯s first Cisco IPCC-designed customer service centers and
has expanded its overall size and operations. Currently the system
has no way to satisfy the company¡¯s development needs. Based on
the current situation, RightCall serves as the provider of Cisco
specialized IPCC technology service, providing Shanghai Information
Service Hotline with a complete set of technology upgrades.
