　　On the morning of July 17, informational figures disclosed that China Netcom currently has already set up the 114 phone navigation platform in the ten administrative areas of Beijing, a huge area for this promotion. The product manual, operations criterion and other introductory items came into being with the group company and were sent to the ten administrative areas of Beijing for actual implementation. Prior to this, China Telecom had already vigorously promoted similar know-all number operations in Southern China.
