The Microsoft announces a chasing plan for the trusted CRM

Recently, the Microsoft CEO Ballmer announced to sell the trusted CRM directly (the account-relationship management system) through the internet. The Microsoft will compete with the stars including salesforce.com in this field. A few months ago, the Microsoft once released the trusted CRM that can be sold by its partners. This announcement is intended to preheat the trusted CRM sold directly by the Microsoft that is planned to be released by middle July in 2007.
