Networks become strategic cooperation union

On July 25,2006, Beijing Seawolf Tech and Shenzhen
Grandstream Networks Company Ltd. signed an agreement of strategic
business cooperation formally and they became formally the partners
of Rainbow terminal equipments. Both of them will provide better
service and products for VoIP market together.
