Ministry of Information Industry :Foreign companies to be listed need to be investigated, telecommunication licenses are not allowed to be rent by any foreign company

Ministry of Information Industry released an announcement: The telecommunication companies within China can not lend ,transfer or sell the telecommunication licenses in any form to foreign investor. They also cannot provide the foreign investors that do business of telecommunication illegally with any conditions such as resources, place and facilities...etc. in any form.
