To break through the bottleneck of integrate
circuits, soft wares and the new type of components that restrict
the development of Chinese information industry, Ministry of Information
Industry released the Design of the Ministry of Information Industry
for the Programming of the Eleventh Five-years and the Long-and-short-term
Programming, in which they announced that China will concentrate
on breaking through 13 concerning information industries
