"Technical staff to resign, leading to leakage of commercial secrets", the Guangzhou Xintai technology company recently disclosed this case to reporters. Yesterday Xintai said that the company’s several former sales and technical staff set up another company and then released software products into the market immediately. This software was considered highly similar to Xintai’s products. Xintai also said that these people sold this software to their customers with lower price to compete for their markets and customers. This has lead to Xintai Technology Company to lose over 10 million Yuan. At present, Guangzhou City police station is formally investigating alleged violations of the commercial secrets.
