The officers in Ministry of Information Industry the vadue-added business has making up 14% of the telecom income

On Nov.1st,at VAS 2006,the vice director of Telecom Management Bureau of Ministry of Information Industry, Chen Jiachun said that the number of the enterprises engaged in the telecom vadue-added business has been nearly up to 20,000. The vadue-added business has made up 14% of the telecom income.Chen Jiachun siad that the number of the enterprises engaged in the telecom vadue-added business with lisences is more than 18400 by the end of 2005, 4600 added compared with 2004. As the statistics indicates, the number of the enterprises engaged in value-added business with lisences is 19998 in the first half year, increasing by 1600 in half a year.As for the income scale,indicated Chen,the income of the whole value-added telecom market in 2005 was 86,000,000,000, increasing by 43% compared to 2004,with a high speed.As to the jobholders, the number of the jobholders in this field is nearly 500,000 in 2005, increasing by 150,000 compared to 2004.This number in Sept.2006 is 600,000.
