Seven enterprises including Huawei, Zhongxing etc. gaining the IPTV standard speaking right

On Nov. 5th, it’s reported by people knowing the inside that 7 enterprises and institutions including Institute of China Telecom, the Ministry of Information Industry, China Telecom, China Unicom, Huawei, Zhongxin, UT Star Com, Alcatel Shanghai Bell gained several key management positions at the important meeting of ITU IPTV standards held a short time ago, getting the quite important speaking right of making the IPTV international standards.
