Recently Intervoice announced that they will cooperate with United Digital to explore the domestic market. The COO of Intervoice, Jim Milton said that Intervoice has several voice-integrated services, such as IVR, speech convey, speech doorway, informing service and the traditional speech and information-strengthened service, meeting the needs of the operators and enterprises. The products and service in China market are divided into two kinds intended for different customers: one is IVR for the enterprises, and the other is intended for the operators.
