AC Nielson: the percentage of telephone banks using in Shanghai up to 28%

25% of the bank users in Shanghai and Beijing have begun to use telephone banks, among which people in Shanghai refund most through telephone banks, up to 28%. The Individual Financial Investment Report by AC Nielson recently indicated that some individual financial service tools such as telephone banks, cell mobile banks and banks on-line has begun to be popular with some people.
It’s known that after the research to 7500 interviewees in 10 domestic cities, they found that on average 13% of the bank users in the four major cities ---- Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu use telephone banks in 2005, and the number has increased to 25% or so in Beijing and Shanghai.
