Qianjiang Evening News adopting Avaya solutions to set up the reader service center

Recently the old famous newspaper service provider, Founder Electronics cooperating with the senior service provider Avaya Online signed a contract on the call contact center with Qianjiang Evening News. The program started to be carried out in December. The reader service center of Qianjiang Evening News got through digital relay access, providing service by both financial seats and automatic seats in the early stage.
