44 government depart.unify their service hot line

Shenzhen Municipal Government will integrate the public telephones of 44 government department and launch a unified 12345 government hot line. It will offer a 24-hour’s operator service to answer, forward and supervise the questions brought forward by citizens. This program will begin in this Mar. and will be hopefully finished before the end of this year.
