Alcatel-Lucent set its Aisa-pacific headquarter in Shanghai

On Jan. 11th, Alcatel-Lucent announced that the headquarter of Asia-pacific region was establish and would locate in Shanghai. The former Aisapacific region’s president, Loris, became the vice President of Alcatel-Lucent and the Presedent of Asia-pacific region.
Before this, Alcatel group merged with Lucent and formed a new Alcatel-Lucent Company. Furthermore, the new company decided to merge with Lucent’s former Singopore’s Asiapacific region’s headquarter and their new Alcatel-Lucent asia-pacific headquarter will still locate in Pudong, Shanghai.
