Hengsheng Electronics winning the bid from Haitong Customer Service Program

Recently Hengsheng Electronics won the bid from Haitong Securities Customer Service Center. It’s said that the customer service center will adopt HICC solutions from Hengsheng, building the customer service terrace system for Haitong Securities. This is another time for Hengtong call center solution of the new generation to be identified in the securities field after winning the bid of Shanghai Stock Exchange customer service terrace program and Guolian Securities customer service terrace program.
