Alcatel Shanghai Bell claimed that the NGN’s transforming project for Hunan CNC, one subsidiary company, coving the whole province will start soon.

Through this project, Alcatel Shanghai Bell offers a more flexible network to Hunan CNC and allows Hunan CNC to provide a new NGN service and its application. Hunan CNC’s personal and enterprise users will enjoy more multi-media service in a broader area, including local/long-distance voice service based on IP, traditional voice value-added service , Multi-media meeting service, virtual voice professional network and so on.
