China Southern Airline, Dalian Branch made the first adjustment on the newly-expanded service hot-line.

In order to meet the customer’s increasing requirement on the hot line service and improve the operating capacity of 95539, China Southern Airline’s five star diamond customer service hot line, China Southern Airline’s Dalian Branch made the decision to expand its call center. After the expansion, its serving seat had increased to 20 from 12, which means a 30% increase on its operating capacity.
