Harbin Initiates City-Wide Customer Service Hotline

On May 21, Harbin City formally opened a city-wide customer service hotline, available by dialing 95105188. This hotline offers expanded IC card operations advice while giving city residents the chance to win prizes (free IC cards) by participating in market investigation activities. To improve services for city residents, the number only charges for dialing but not text messaging.
