India’s BPO Father Entered into Chinese Market BPO Business Opportunities in Asia Stimulated

BPO(Business Process Outsourcing)’s booming has become a global consensus. According to the report from the “First Financial Daily”, Raman Roy, dubbed as “the father of India’s BPO”, has arrived in Shanghai and signed an agreement with the Shanghai Municipal Financial Service Industrial Base, marking the formal landing of Quatrro in the base. Quatrro is a BPOSolution company founded by Raman Roy. Raman Roy indicated that Quatrro would offer risk management service in Shanghai. Based on rough estimation, in the coming three to five years, BPO industry will bring about output value worth of RMB100 billion yuan or so to big cities in China such as Beijing and Shanghai.
