MII Telecom Service Quality Announcement Indicated UsersĄŻ Complaining Rate Slightly Rose in Q2

According to the most recent Announcement on Telecom Service Quality released by the MII, in Q2 of this year, the complaining rate of users was 10.5 (person-time/1 million users), up compared to the previous quarter. Complaint on telecom service quality accounted for 23.8% of the total complaint, down by 13% compared to the previous quarter. Complaint on communication quality accounted for 19.0%, up by 0.2% compared to the previous year, among which the complaint on inter-network communication quality accounted for 70.4% of the complaint on communication quality, mainly coming from the concentrated complaint on inter-network communication quality between China Telecom and China Netcom in March and April.
