China Unicom Takes 8 Measures to Regulate SP Service & Has Strict Supervision on Rule-breaking SP

China Unicom has made 8 service promises to protect the cell phone usersĄŻlegal rights in using added-value services. Meanwhile, it has more strict supervision on rule-breaking SP.

The eight service promises announced by China Unicom include: ensuring the usersĄŻrights to know the truth; carrying out the first inquiry responsibility system for complaints and setting time limit for the solution; SP service orders must be second confirmed by the customer; crystallizing SP information so that the users can find it out conveniently; besides the customer service number 10010, setting a special SP service supervision hotline 10109696; enabling the users to find out charge information conveniently from the service halls or on Internet; opening a national service quality line; promising to doubly return money falsely charged and immediately return money falsely charged for short messages.
