。。An opportunity has arisen for a software Senior Technical Consultant to join the FrontRange Solutions team in China.

The role is ITSM oriented, and will cover four main areas:

• New product/platform technology introduction
• Solution design for major sales opportunities
• Project supervision, complex system implementation and support
• Mentoring professional services consultants employed by both FrontRange and Solution Partners

To be considered for the role, applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• Sound understanding of and experience in IT Service Management
• Sound understanding of and experience with IT service management frameworks and standards such as ITIL, MOF and BS 15000/AS 8015.
• Sound understanding of and experience in using the Microsoft .NET Framework, Web Services, Business Process Modelling and UML/Object Oriented Design.
• Strong project management and system implementation experience.
• Ability to clearly articulate strategies, ideas, positions and recommendations in either written and verbal forms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
