Sales Manager, Beijing The
Sales Manager will sell Verint’s entire range of Impact
360 Call Center optimization software suite including
(Business Intelligence solutions like Speech and Data
Analytic software) to the China contact centre market.
The selected candidate will maintain a high touch on
key accounts, sales may be made through Verint approved
channel/alliance partners.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Execute the Company’s sales strategies and achieve
established sales quota by identifying business opportunities
through account prospecting and profiling
- Thoroughly assess the customer’s needs and present
an appropriate sales solution to assist the customer
in recognising the technological and business need
for Verint products and the advantages
- Provide effective sales presentations/product demonstrations
to prospective customer management
- Maintain excellent network with existing / new
customer base
- Work effectively with our channel/alliance partners
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven experience and sound track record in a
similar role, preferably with solution selling experience
- Come from an I.T. background, with experience of
working in software related business
- Knowledge of Verint within relevant region
- Knowledge of competitor organisations and products
within region
- Knowledge of relevant industry sectors
- Knowledge and experience of CRM, call centres/software/CRM
sales including trends within this region, competitors
within the region and potential partners within the
region
- Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and processes,
with a working knowledge of telephony/IP systems and
business focused software applications
Application Support Specialist, Beijing
Summary:
Application Support Specialists are expected to be
able to analyze, investigate, document
and manage client support requests. While maintaining
focus on quality deliverables,
Application Support Specialists effectively manage tasks
related to hands-on technical
enterprise software deployment, client support, software
Q/A, training and implementation of projects
This role will also be responsible for ongoing application
testing. In performing the essential
functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced.
All applicants must be technically
proficient, enthusiastic, flexible, customer solution
oriented, and willing to travel up to 25%
annually.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge at a Systems Administrator’s level, specifically
of Windows server infrastructure in a web-centric
production environment with solid IIS knowledge is
required. Minimum of one year.
- Very strong understanding of Microsoft server technologies
and security related to Microsoft technologies.
- General knowledge of Internet & network technologies/protocols:
FTP, COM+, DTC, LDAP and Firewalls
- Database experience using SQL Server 2005, ODBC,
Access. Experience should include the following items:
- Database Administration
- Data Transformation Services (DTS)
- Stored Procedures
- Security Management
- Technical experience on at least 2 of the following
in either real-time or telephony based systems:
- Development languages C/C++, Visual Basic, ASP
and XML
- Web based data access and reporting using OLAP,
ROLAP, Crystal Reports, and Business Object.
- Component technologies. OCX’s, Active X controls,
COM, DCOM.
- Voice Loggers, Call Centre Quality-Assurance,
Screen Capture products
- Must show a strong history of playing an active
role working with customers and internal resources
to deploy a product.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation
skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in the creation, testing and
implementation of software version upgrades
- Work independently with our customers' technical
teams on both pre- and postsales technical issues.
- Work with customers to define requirements and
implementation details to successfully customize and
deploy our suite of products.
- Hands-on technical enterprise software deployment
support
- Work with client IT departments to determine the
best hardware, network, and software configurations
to support the software at all levels of the organization.
- Interface with the Software Development team as
needed to successfully support clients and end users
in using our suite of products.
