LTE和WiMAX的比较与未来展望

  另一方面,3GPP一直在积极改进LTE和其它现有技术的服务能力。两个新的技术版本——3GPP R12和R13正在编写中。改进的目标是不断提升系统覆盖能力,提供更高速、稳定的数据传输服务,以满足数据业务需求的爆炸是增长。多项技术改进和新技术被提出,用于3D扇区、微小区、ICIC、多模TDD等关键技术的实现。可以说,在不久的将来,LTE将在公共移动网络发展方面成为有主导地位的技术标准,而WiMAX在专用网络发展领域将具有更多的发展机会。
