Onyx获得亚洲CRM伙伴

Onyx in Asian CRM Partnership
Onyx Software and Singapore Technologies Telemedia, Singapore's largest
info-communications service provider, today launched an Asian hosted CRM
and e-business service. The two companies plan on making CRM-on-Demand
available to companies across Asia, enabling businesses of all sizes to
rapidly take advantage of an Internet-based relationship management system.
Stt.com and Onyx will immediately begin marketing and selling CRM-on-Demand
to STT's thousands of small, medium and large business customers in Singapore
as well as other companies throughout Asia. Initially available in Singapore,
Hong Kong and Thailand, CRM-on-Demand will also be extended to Malaysia,
China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Brunei by the end of this
year.

Vermont Automates Complex Business Processes With Pegasystems CRM
Pegasystems announced that Central Vermont Public Service (CVPS) the largest
electric utility in Vermont, is achieving impressive results using Pegasystems'
rules-based CRM solution. In production since December 1998 in CVPS' centralized
call center, the solution automates complex customer service requests,
enabling CVPS to provide highly personalized service to its 150,000 customers.

JetBlue Airways Picks Blue Pumpkin Software
Blue Pumpkin Software says that JetBlue Airways, the nation's newest low-fare
airline, has selected the company's PrimeTime Enterprise workforce management
software to maximize efficiency within its reservations center.
In preparation for their initial launch, New York-based JetBlue needed
a workforce management solution for managing agents and schedules in
their fledgling contact center to assist in handling inbound calls for
24x7 ticket reservations and flight information. Using PrimeTime Enterprise
to manage agents and their schedules and ultimately optimize efficiency
within their contact center has ensured JetBlue a consistent, high level
of customer service from the very first day of business.

Planet Exchange Launches Internet-Based Face-to-Face Video
Planet Exchange, a business-to-business, web-based provider of instant,
real-time video and voice communications, announced the beta launch of
the company's Internet communications solutions. Incorporated in this
first stage of products is service that will bring face-to-face communications
to the Internet. Planet Exchange's first product, PX World Communicator,
includes PC-to-PC video -- real-time, face-to-face video conferencing,
connecting sites around the world. PC-to-PC calls anywhere in the world
are free. Users who are not available can receive audio, video or text
messages from other online visitors.

Microlog says that Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative (SMECO) has
selected the uniQue IVR solution for the Co-op's call center interactive
voice response system to help handle customer calls, specifically during
outage situations.
